When I was choosing a major, I asked my teachers and seniors for their opinions. I thought that the material science department would have a wider career after graduation, and I was very good at it. I like doing hands-on experiments, especially when I complete an experimental result, I feel a sense of accomplishment. Based on this, I chose to study in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at I-Shou University. Our department mainly uses the perspective of scientific research. and methods, applied in the field of engineering technology, to learn the manufacturing processes, properties, structures and applications of various materials.
When I first entered the university, I was worried that I would not be able to adapt to the new environment. However, after I came in, I found that every professor was very knowledgeable about the questions raised by the students. Answer patiently, professors have given us a lot of help whether it is in schoolwork, experiments or dealing with people. The school also has many interesting clubs and activities. In addition to making many like-minded friends, we can also meet many in the clubs. Make friends from different departments to expand your circle of friends.
When I was in my sophomore year, I joined Professor Li Guorong’s laboratory to learn how to conduct special research. In my junior year, because I wanted to pursue a better self, I decided to apply for graduate school.
